  • Payment at Delivery: Payment is collected in cash by the delivery driver at the time your package is handed to you.

6. Order Verification & Fraud Prevention
To prevent failed deliveries or fraudulent orders, please ensure all contact details (phone number, email, and full shipping address) are accurate during checkout. Orders flagged with incomplete or suspicious details may be subject to additional verification or cancellation.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Cancellations: You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting support@sirak.shop.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds are processed back to your preferred method within 7 business days following the inspection of returned items, as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
